Registration

You may register up to four people per registration submission.

Participant [$190] – Each Participant receives a Program and Goody Bag. Includes access to all MMW activities with one vehicle: golf scramble, car wash, meet and greet, car show, autocross, funkhana, rally, awards banquet, etc.

Enthusiast [$90] – Each Enthusiast receives a Program and Goody Bag. Includes access to all MMW activities. May serve as navigator on autocross, funkhana, and rally.

Children [$35] - Ages 15 and under. Includes access to all MMW activities. Legal Notice: We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”). If you prefer, you may list children as “child #1, child #2”, etc.

Please note that after May 26, 2025 we will be increasing prices and closing pre-orders for clothing due to the supplier cut off dates. If you register less than 14 days before the event, there is no guarantee of goody bags, banquet, or meals.

RELEASE/WAIVER

The undersigned desires to enter and participate in the Mini Meet West (MMW) event as indicated by submission of this signed Registration application. In consideration of acceptance by the MMW Committee of this application and the opportunity to participate in MMW, the undersigned does hereby: 1) Release, waive, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the MMW committee, Oregon Mini Society, event sponsors, their respective staffs, officers, servants, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents against any and all claims for loss, personal injury (including death), or damages to person or property arising out of such event 2) Release all other participants from any and all liability arising out of said event, and 3) Grant permission to use any information, photographs, or video obtained prior to and at event for publication, promotional, advertising, or video filming including participating minor children.
