Mt Hood Oregon Resort
The Mt. Hood Resort’s Special Event rate per night starts at $139 + $30 + local room tax. It’s best to register early to guarantee the discounted rates. The Resort understands that each individual will make their guestroom reservation directly with the Resort at 503-622-2250. Please request the Mini Meet rate. This will ensure that you are correctly charged.
What is the Resort Fee?
A Resort Fee, currently $30 per room per night plus 8.01% tax will be assessed. This fee provides Internet service; coffee and other hot beverages in the resort lobby; sporting equipment such as tennis rackets and balls, casual croquet and lawn bowling equipment, volleyballs and basketballs and Badminton equipment. In addition, there is free parking. The Resort Fee is subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of event.

Mallards Café & Pub
Join us at the pub, where you can enjoy patio seating with stunning views at The Mt. Hood Oregon Resort. Indulge in a menu featuring familiar favorites like fish & chips and burgers, all while taking in the comfortable surroundings and scenic golf course views.

We have negotiated special rates for Mini Meet West. The room block at the host hotel is expected to sell out. So please make your reservation as soon as possible.

PET ROOMS: A limited number of pet-friendly rooms are available. A $30.00 per day with a max of $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged. Please indicate as early as possible if a pet-friendly room is required.
